Aicha holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and has worked in women’s health as a birth doula, prenatal health educator, family building consultant, and prenatal yoga instructor. Her background in women’s health has played a key role in shaping the heart behind Wombline.

The oils are inspired by herbs, aromatherapy, and body-based practices that support rest, grounding, softness, and care.

Aicha wanted the brand to feel culturally expansive and connected to women across backgrounds, generations, and traditions. She spoke about wanting to honor women from many cultures because women often share similar life experiences, even when their backgrounds are different.

LONG BEFORE WOMBLINE BECAME A BODY OIL BRAND, AICHA IMAGINED A LIFE CENTERED AROUND WOMEN’S HEALTH
As a child, she was fascinated by pregnancy, birth, and the way women move through life changing transitions. That early curiosity eventually led her into doula work, fertility, prenatal health education, and prenatal yoga.These were spaces where she could support women not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually too.
As a doula, Aicha’s approach was always rooted in holistic care. She brought essential oils into birth rooms, recommended herbs to her clients, and paid attention to the small rituals that helped women feel calmer, safer, and more connected to their bodies.
Over time, she realized that the knowledge she had gathered through birth work, herbal research, fertility, and women’s wellness could become something more tangible. Something women could use in their everyday lives.
WOMBLINE BEGAN FROM THAT QUESTION —
What if body care could be more than skincare?
What if an oil could be part of a woman’s ritual when she feels stressed, when she’s entering her cycle, when she’s preparing for birth, when she wants to feel soft before bed, or when she simply needs to come back to herself?
For Aicha, body oils felt like the natural bridge between holistic wellness and beauty.
She wanted to create something that felt safe, easy to use, and is not clinical or intimidating. Something that could live on your bathroom counter, beside your bath, in your hospital bag, or in the quiet moments when you need to pause. Our Body Oils are safe, simple, and are easy to integrate into daily life.
